Refund policy

At House of Ayla, every fragrance is handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care and attention. Because of the personal nature of fragrance, we have the following policy in place.

Returns - We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at return@houseofayla.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items - All opened or used fragrances are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will issue store credit for the value of the affected item.
